Saving up for a Canon 50mm 1.4

This is a great lens to have in your collection, and you will not regret this purchase. I am currently saving up for this lens, and it will take a while. I did have $120 dollars, but I am building a DIY shoulder mount rig for $50 dollars. This lens is very good for low light situations and ultra nice Bokeh. I would be using this lens at night, and indoors. It's always good to have a fast lens so you don't have to raise your ISO up, a higher ISO can create a lot of noise. The highest I go, during the day with my Canon 24-105mm lens is 1250 ISO for video and taking photos. The f-stop for my Canon 24-105mm lens is 4, and the 50mm lens I am going to get, is f/1.4! That's a major improvement for low light situations, because you don't have to raise the ISO all the time. Ive heard that the auto focus goes out, but most of the time I won't need to use auto focus. The price of the lens I want, is $350 dollars, and it's really good investment to get this lens. The whole point of getting DSLR's, is the selection of lenses. The most lenses you have right now, the more you have in the future, and you can use it later. That's the best part of lenses, using it in the future. Thank you for reading my blog and have a nice day.
