This is a method for oiled animal victims that is really good and it's proven that it would work 90% of the time if you use the other methods also. First you have to catch as much oiled victims as you can so you can save most of them. It's good to have good transporting trucks and boxes because it matters how much air they got and stuff. Then have a lot of volunteers and experts explaining how to clean the victims. Also just tag them and try to clean them as fast as they can before they get to their destination.
