Trying to get Headless Horseman Mount.

I know this is the last day to get the Headless Horseman mount, but I am still trying for this mount. I didn't have the opportunity to do this last year because I was to low level. I think I was level 76 and I just missed out. I am trying to get this mount right now, because I am in a que for the Headless horseman dungeon so I just wait and see.
