Eating Breakfast is very important.

Eating Breakfast to me and other people like you is very important. Food is power for us, if you don't have food, you are really non productive. If you're non productive, you are getting fired from your job today. Eating is absolutely crucial for your energy stability, and also you well being.

If I don't eat, I don't go through the day, as good as it can be. It seems like everything goes wrong if you don't enough food. If you're on a diet, just try to eat a whole bunch of vegetables, until it fills you up. If you get filled up with vegetables instead of junk food, you are not going to gain bad weight.

Every morning, you should be eating a couple fruits and vegetables, and some other food to get yourself prepared for work, or other activities you are doing during the day. Every calorie or substance of food is a calorie, and every calorie is energy. Use your food and time wisely.
