I have finally fixed my sleeping habits. It has been so long sense I had a good night sleep. I used to sleep until 12PM instead of 10PM; I am now currently sleeping at 10PM instead of 12PM. It feels really good when you have a good night sleep, and I really think it increases productivity by a whole bunch of margins. Now I can think better and learn better with more sleep. It may take 2 or more days to put your sleeping habits under control. Thank you for reading my blog and have a nice day.
