Trying to fix my sleeping habits.

Right now I am having sleeping problems; the issue is very unknown. The first reason why I think I sleep late at night, because of my age. I mostly think that my age is a big factor for me sleeping problems. I also think that I am dehydrated and I don't drink enough water to even sleep. I also am thinking about a lot of things when I can't sleep; like computers, cameras, scripts, and video editing. I should drink tea before I get to bed also, because it calms the nerves very well. I am going to resolve this issue soon. Thank you for reading my blog and have a nice day.
